Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

1 pint of grape tomatoes, chopped
1 cup of red onion, chopped
1 large jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
3/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
1 large lime, juiced
pinch of sea salt
pinch of chili powder
pinch of cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together
  2. Adjust your seasonings to taste. No seriously, that’s it.
    1. If you like your pico to have a little heat, leave some of the jalapeño seeds and membranes in there.
